Huron County Chamber of Commerce, Join us on February 25, 2017, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. for our 16th annual Home and Business Show. SPOTS ARE FILLING UP FAST! If you have not participated in the show we would encourage you to make it part of your marketing plan for 2017. If you have been an active participant in previous shows we thank you and invite you to return in 2017. This is an affordable opportunity, well marketed to the general public with no admission fee, right here in your own backyard. We will have stage demonstrations throughout the day, and the United Fund will again provide the lunch counter. But that’s not all! We have just signed a contract to bring UFC Heavy Weight Champion, Stipe Miocic to the Home Show! The scholarship is open to fourth or fifth year students with accounting majors, and is intended to assist the student in meeting the 150-hour requirement to take the CPA exam. The application deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2017. Our scholarship is based on field of study, merit, financial need and community involvement. The decision is final and will be announced in late June. The scholarship will be paid to the school (not to an individual or bookstore) in one installment.
